How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We’ll respond as soon as possible during our normal working hours. If we’re inspecting a property, we may be unable to answer immediately. Please leave your contact details and a brief message, including any deadlines, so we can get back to you.

Do you provide quotes?

Yes. We provide clear, no-obligation quotations tailored to the property and service you need. We’ll explain what’s included and confirm the fee before you book.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

Please provide the property address, property type, number of bedrooms, purchase price where relevant, and the service you require. An estate agent’s listing is helpful, along with details of any extensions, alterations or particular concerns. For valuations, please tell us the purpose and any requirements from the organisation receiving the report.

Do you work with estate agents?

Yes. We work and liaise with the estate agent to arrange access and coordinate your inspection. When you instruct us, we act independently on your behalf. We’ll only share your report or discuss its findings with others with your permission.

Do you cover areas outside Worcestershire?

Yes. We also cover surrounding areas, including Bromyard, Hereford, Leominster, Ludlow and Tewkesbury. Send us the property address and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Can I call to discuss my survey or valuation?

Of course. You’re welcome to call before booking to discuss the property, your concerns and which service would be appropriate. After receiving your report, you can also contact us to talk through the findings and recommended next steps.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Our inspections are normally carried out during weekday daytime hours, when there is sufficient daylight to assess the property. We don’t routinely offer evening or weekend inspections. Contact us with your availability and we’ll discuss suitable options.

How do I book a survey?

Start by requesting a quote through our website or contacting us with the property details. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll guide you through accepting our terms, arranging payment and confirming access. We’ll then confirm your inspection date and expected report delivery timescale.
