MEET THE TEAM
Bianca is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 14 years’ experience in the property sector, including new build sales, residential surveying and valuations. Her background gives a unique insight into both the buying process and the importance of quality in new homes.
James is a Chartered Construction Professional (MCIOB) with over 17 years’ experience, bringing valuable construction and technical knowledge to the business. His experience includes managing the construction of a thatched cottage, a curved apartment complex, and, more recently, overseeing the ongoing refurbishment of a listed building. Together, we combine surveying expertise with practical, real-world experience to give you well-rounded, reliable advice.
